Covid-19 Spa Guidelines

Please arrive on time to appointments and once here please remain in your vehicle and call front desk at 956-425-3303 to notify of arrival. The front desk will call you when your technician is ready. This is to allow proper sanitation of workstation for the next guest.

Guest must wear mask or face covering (over the nose and mouth) except when it interferes with the service being provided. (should be worn before and immediately after service).

Guests are recommended to leave handbags or purses at home. (leaving handbags and purses at home is recommended but is optional).

Please no outside food or drinks.

When guest enters the spa, they will be required to wash / sanitize their hands before and after each treatment.

Guest will have temperature checked using a touch-less thermometer, if temperature reads 99.9 or higher services cannot be provided to guest.

Self-screen before going to the spa for any of the following new or worsening signs or symptoms of possible COVID-19:

  • Cough
  • Loss of taste or smell
  • Muscle pain
  • Sore throat
  • Diarrhea
  • Headache
  • Shortness of breath
  • Repeated shaking with chills
  • Feeling feverish or a measured temp. greater or equal to 100 degrees

If you have been exposed to someone who tested positive for Covid-19 or suspect may be showing symptoms of Covid-19 please stay home and see CDC Guidance for exposure. 

One guest will be allowed per technician and no extra people will be allowed in spa.

No Children under the age of 16 at this time.

Maintain at least 6 feet of separation from other individuals. If such distancing is not feasible, other measures such as face covering, hand hygiene, cough etiquette, cleanliness, and sanitation should be rigorously practiced.

As per Governor Abbott’s order, guests will no longer be allowed to handle retail supplies, A staff member will assist you with any retail purchases needed.

Appointments only and no walk-ins until further notice (Walk-in appointments must call 956-425-3303 to see if services are available).

Contactless payment is preferred.

All employee’s are screened before working on clients.  All employees are required to properly wash hands before and after each service. All employees wear masks during sessions and while in Spa. 

We also maintain a strict sanitation protocol between clients and follow all CDC Guidelines, State, and Local Rules.
