We kindly request that you inform the Spa at least 24 hours in advance if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to manage our schedule and accommodate other clients.

Please be aware that if we do not receive prior notification, a fee equivalent to 30% of the scheduled services will be applied to cover the time reserved for you.
